Charge Cards –
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
Return Policy –
Millie’s Hallmark will accept returns on all regularly
priced purchases (no returns on sale merchandise) for up to
30 days from the day you receive your purchase. Holiday purchases
may be returned by January 10th . Items must be returned in
saleable condition; i.e. with all the original packaging,
enclosures, and/or certificates. The purchase amount will
be refunded (less shipping expenses) in the same manner in
which payment was received; i.e. charge card.
Shipping –
Merchandise will be shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground (contintenal
US only; Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges).
Damage Claims-
If you receive a damaged shipment, call our shipping department
and a return label will be sent. A replacement or refund will
be arranged. Claims for damages must be received within 14
days of the purchase date.
Prices & Quantity Restrictions –
All prices are subject to change without notice. If an item
ordered is not available at the Web posted price, you will
be notified of the correct price before the shipment is made.
Please note, due to the large demand of certain items, quantity
restrictions may apply. We will advise you of these before
processing your order.
Product Availability –
Although our inventory is very large, we can not guarantee
availability of all featured items on our site at all times
due to the unpredictability of vendor shipment. If an item
is not in stock, you will be notified and asked if you would
like that item to be put on back order and shipped once we
receive it.
Special Orders –
Yes, we take them! With a down payment of 50%, we will special
order merchandise from any vendor we carry for you. When the
item is received, you will be notified. Items will be shipped
once final payment has been made. Please note that Special
Order down payments are not refundable unless we are unable
to fill the order within an agreed time period. |
